• Rifle Realty is the oldest established Real Estate office in Rifle, Colorado.


• We are celebrating our 35th year successfully selling Colorado real property.


• April Hardy is the broker/owner of Rifle Realty: April was born in Colorado and has lived in this area for over 25 years.


• Our five broker associates have combined experience of more than 120 years listing and selling Real Estate in Garfield County.


• In addition, we have a complete property management division with a full-time manager. We currently manage approximately 100 units for investors in the Rifle area.


• Our owner and staff support community projects, giving back to our community.


• We support local adult softball and bowling teams as well as many children's activities.
